That’s why we’ve teamed up with Calm to bring you a well-deserved breather. Join us on Tuesday, March 8, or Thursday, March 10, for one of three instructor-led courses. You will have the option to choose between:

  • Mindfulness 101: A session geared toward demystifying mindfulness, practicing meditation, answering common questions about mindfulness, and helping participants create a path for moving forward.
  • Building Resilience in Uncertain Times: Learn how to build mental fitness by regulating your stress response.
  • Minimizing Stress and Burnout: This workshop will help you discover strategies to ease the effects of stress and minimize the possibility of burnout.  

Following the 30-minute Calm workshop, stay on the session to learn 10 tips to reduce stress around your AppSec program and bring peace of mind to your entire team.
